Codigo surveyed over 250 banks and credit unions across the United States. Banks accounted for 45% of the respondents in the study, while credit unions represented 55%. Seven out of 10 of responding institutions fell in the range of $250 million to $5 billion in assets, and had anywhere between five and 50 branch locations.
