How Banks Can Maximize Retail Environments on a Budget

The Element Group, a turn-key retail environment service provider for corporate banks and their branches has announced their company headquarters in York, Maine, as it embarks on a campaign to promote its services to financial institutions nationwide.

Founded by William Foley, Nate Baldasaro, and William Bauer, industry veterans with more than 20 years experience in the retail banking sector at a national firm, the trio have spent the past year encouraging banks, credit unions, and their branches to consider retail environments when it comes to marketing their lending portfolios and cross selling existing customers. The company provides services under four distinct programs including design, build, engagement, and rewards.

Having worked with thousands of banks in their careers, the group maintains affiliate offices in Seattle, Washington, York, Maine, and the Gulf Coast with a client roster including small institutions, credit unions and corporate headquarters, as they help transform interior spaces from traditional brick and mortar designs to environments with mass appeal.

“Banks realize there is more to customer satisfaction than free checking accounts, and are engaging customers on a more personal level. Already trained by retailers, customers are looking for the same shopping experience everywhere they go, especially when it comes to their bank. ” said Nate Baldasaro, The Element Group Founding Partner.

Northfield Savings Bank in Vermont has undergone five design and merchandising implementations under the supervision of the York based company.

“The Element Group really listened to our needs and readily came up with original design ideas with customer appeal while staying true to our brand,” said Cheryl LaFrance, SVP of Marketing and Technology.
