Say Hello to The Financial Brand 2.0

Introducing The Financial Brand’s new and improved website

The Financial Brand has come a long way since it first debuted in May 2008. Nearly 1 million page views later, it’s time for redesign.

The new website incorporates a number of features that improve the overall reader experience. While there are many changes and upgrades you’ll notice, you will still be able to find all the same content as you would in version 1.0.

The site’s primary navigation has been moved into a navbar right under the site’s masthead. Other significant changes are noted below.

New Front Page

The “Front Page” has been totally revamped. There is now a slideshow featuring the six most-recent articles. There is an index of additional articles organized by category/department, followed by a list of other recently-published stories.

New Sidebar

There is a widget at the top of the sidebar with an easy, one-step “Subscribe” form, along with lists of “Popular” stories, the latest “Comments” and other “Recent” articles. The sidebar incorporates “News & Headlines” streaming from The Financial Brand’s Twitter feed. There is also a “Featured Video” at the bottom of the sidebar.

New Article Archive

A much more robust and comprehensive “Archive” of articles can be accessed from the new navigation bar (directly under The Financial Brand’s logo).
