Eight years ago, you could buy Bitcoin for $900. And then the world went completely bananas for crypto.
That was back in 2017, when the #MeToo movement first exploded into our collective consciousness, and Taylor Swift had a net worth of $250 million after releasing her sixth album, Reputation.
Skip ahead. Bitcoin has topped $100,000, and Taylor Swift is now a billionaire.
As it happens, 2017 was also the last time that we updated The Financial Brand website. That design served us well, but considering the head-spinning pace of change in retail banking since then, we decided it was time to freshen things up.
But our new website is more than a facelift.
