		<description>-Luke: In Philadelphia the Academy of Music, I believe, is asking guests to tweet their comments throughout the show and stay behind to discuss the comments. They have a huge projector displaying the feedback in real-time. Although I doubt branch patrons will actively comment their immediate reactions via social media some branches might have far more connected clientèle. 

Great post - I am sure to consider many of these components as we proceed in 2010. B2B social media is so far behind.</description>

		<description>Not that I can think of any myself, but interesting to note that no branch level technologies were mentioned.  I wonder if the flatscreen TVs that so many banks and credit unions have invested in will have any break out innovations this year.  One group that sends me emails had some webinar coming up on how to leverage their in-branch monitors with social media tools.  Not entirely sure how that would work unless the people in the branch could interact with what&#039;s going on in the monitor / TV.</description>
