		<description>Excellent overview.  I&#039;m surprised that 30% indicate a lack of &quot;brand strategy&quot; with 75% responders being marketing pros!  Like politics, retail banking is always &quot;local&quot; - and local branch marketing is often forgotten by corporate marketing office (only 17% guerilla effort). Brand wars are often won or lost at the bricks and mortor touch points, and within the micro markets they serve.</description>
