		<description>It is interesting that ING Direct is a virtual bank with little investment in bricks and mortar.  Therefore the public&#039;s impression is going to be much more shaped by their advertising, rather than the grumpy teller at the bank down the street.  Having an online petition seems disingenuous though, as clearly it is not going to be presented to have an impact.</description>
