		<description>It&#039;s good that banks are starting to connect with consumers on such a personal level. While online banking does its job and branch banking an even better channel for getting to know customers, social media is offering a way for banks to stay in touch with consumers in realtime to know what concerns and issues need to be addressed. While customer visits to branches are decreasing, this is an excellent way to know what the public thinks about an institution.</description>
