  1. Credit Unions serve over 87 million people in the U.S. Given the decline in consumer attitudes toward tradional banks, I’m surprised not to see more aggressive marketing efforts from local CU’s to capture market share.

    I’m surprised too Jeffrey. The last 6-12 months have been the most fertile time for credit unions since they were established, and I can’t believe the credit union industry wasn’t able to produce a high-profile, high-impact, coordinated campaign.
