Brutal levels of mistrust. Reputations need repair. Are credit unions included in similar research? I would guess that among CU members, trust for credit unions is much higher than bank customers' trust for banks. Among non-members, though, I bet the level of trust plummets for credit unions, due to lack of awareness. CUs have to build their rep, while banks have to repair their rep. Which is more difficult? I don't know.
