		<description>Wow! This shows the great things that can happen when you really commit to a brand. You have to DO different things -- slapping new graphics (or worse, stock photos of sanitized young folk) on top of the same-old same-old won&#039;t cut it. Twenty-somethings can smell insincerity a mile away. But they&#039;re well aware that this cost a lot of time and money, and they appreciate the respect.

Back when I was in a band, we absolutely would have jumped at the chance to do something fun and crazy like this.</description>

From a marketing perspective, I&#039;m completely blown away and thoroughly impressed! This is how youth brand awareness should done. From a musician&#039;s standpoint I can only think: how in the hell did they play in those stage setups? I&#039;ve played some small stages before, but nothing like this!

The cool thing about this initiative is that it&#039;s a win-win for everyone. Axion gains credibility within it&#039;s target audience, indie bands get a level of exposure that normally takes years to develop through touring and a lotta luck, and the banks&#039; customers get to take part in something entirely new and unique. And it&#039;s inherently viral in nature. I&#039;ve already sent a link to this article to my band mates and musician friends.
